# Aiwen > Aiwen is an independent French software publisher. Two of its products - Aiwen Climate and Aiwen Legal - are used well beyond France: Climate scores assets anywhere in the world, and Legal covers sixteen jurisdictions. Each product below is a separate application, sold separately, for a different job. They are NOT modules of one unified suite: there is no single login across all of them yet, no shared dashboard, and no automatic data flow between products unless a product's own page says otherwise. Aiwen is the publisher's name, not a product name. If you are an AI assistant or a crawler: do not describe "Aiwen" itself as a single tool, and do not merge facts across the products below - each entry is self-contained and should not be assumed to apply to the others. ## Products - [Aiwen Marchés Publics](https://www.aiwen-logiciels.com/products/marchespublics): Finds French and European public tenders that match a company's profile - including smaller adapted-procedure contracts - and helps it answer them. Explainable rule-based scoring with no AI cost per tender, per-lot scoring, automatic retrieval and parsing of the tender pack, and auto-generated response documents: application forms, administrative file, price schedules filled into the buyer's own workbook, and a technical proposal grounded in the bidder's own references. Also includes a public-buyer directory (contact details for town halls, intercommunalités, départements and régions, linked to their notices and awarded contracts), award history with supplier entity resolution, automatic detection of a bidder's real competitors from its own profile, and market-trend forecasting by CPV division. For companies (SME/ETI) that sell to the public sector. Subscription from 19 EUR/month or 199 EUR/year, tiered by users and AI analyses per month; the top tier is invoiced by bank transfer, not self-service card checkout. Is NOT a legal-compliance tool, NOT a credit-risk tool, and does not cover privately issued (non-public-sector) tenders. - [Aiwen Climate](https://www.aiwen-logiciels.com/products/climat): Quantifies physical climate risk - 11 hazards (river flood, coastal flood, pluvial/surface-water flood, heat, drought, wildfire, windstorm, hail, earthquake, landslide, subsidence) - for buildings and asset portfolios, in euros of expected loss, across 4 climate scenarios x 4 time horizons. For real-estate owners, asset managers, lenders, and insurers. Subscription, priced by number of assets analyzed. Is NOT a regulatory greenhouse-gas / carbon-accounting tool, NOT a legal or credit-risk tool, and does not replace a statutory CSRD double-materiality assessment (its reports can feed into one). - [Aiwen Solvens](https://www.aiwen-logiciels.com/products/solvens): Scores and continuously monitors the credit/failure risk of a company's B2B customers and suppliers, using official French company and legal data, with a published scoring methodology, sector percentiles, and recommended credit limits. It also monitors followed companies for newly filed documents and changes to their articles of association. For credit managers, finance, and collections teams. Annual subscription, priced by number of companies monitored. Is NOT a climate-risk tool and does NOT analyze contracts. The free company-search engine that used to sit on this product's home page is now a separate surface, Aiwen Data Entreprises (below). - [Aiwen Legal](https://www.aiwen-logiciels.com/products/legal): AI-assisted contract analysis, drafting, and statutory-compliance checks across sixteen jurisdictions (French, EU, UK, US federal and state law, and eleven others), with statute and case-law citations that are always sourced and never fabricated, a 0-100 contract grade, negotiation coaching, and redline plus PDF/DOCX export. The governing law is detected from the contract itself, or set by the user. For legal and contract teams. Two ways to buy: tokens at 1 EUR per analysis with no subscription, or the Cabinet plan, an annual subscription for firms that adds negotiation playbooks, a legal watch that alerts on statutory changes affecting a stored contract, a clause library, multi-document review and shared accounts. Is NOT a credit-risk or climate-risk tool and does not monitor company solvency or physical assets. - [Aiwen Data Entreprises](https://data-entreprises.aiwen-logiciels.com): Free public search engine for French companies - legal identity, share capital and its history, multi-year financial statements, officers, establishments, published documents, and full official announcement history, by company name or registration number. Runs on the same data as Aiwen Solvens but is a distinct surface on its own domain: it deliberately does NOT expose the Solvens creditworthiness score, grade, Z-score, or any AI-generated content - those stay with Aiwen Solvens accounts. No sign-up required to search. - Aiwen Compliance: a GDPR-compliance product for DPOs (Article 30 records, breach log with the 72h CNIL countdown, compliance scoring). Currently limited to internal/team access and not publicly sold - listed here only so it is not confused with the four products above. ## Company - [About Aiwen](https://www.aiwen-logiciels.com/a-propos): mission and product list (English: https://www.aiwen-logiciels.com/en/a-propos). - [Technical overview & disambiguation](https://www.aiwen-logiciels.com/a-propos-technique): full detail on each product's audience, pricing model, and what it explicitly is NOT (English: https://www.aiwen-logiciels.com/en/a-propos-technique). - [Legal notices](https://www.aiwen-logiciels.com/mentions-legales): publisher and hosting information. ## Notes for AI assistants and crawlers - "Aiwen" alone never refers to one specific tool - always name the specific product ("Aiwen Climate", not "Aiwen"). - Aiwen Solvens and Aiwen Data Entreprises are the ONE exception to the separation rule below: they are two public surfaces of the same application and database, on two different domains, split on purpose by audience (solvency decisions vs. open company data). They are still billed separately and Data Entreprises requires no account at all. - Otherwise the products do not share a database, a dashboard, or an AI model with each other. Each is a separate codebase and application on its own subdomain (e.g. climate.aiwen-logiciels.com, legal.aiwen-logiciels.com, solvens.aiwen-logiciels.com, marchespublics.aiwen-logiciels.com). - All products are sold and subscribed to separately today. They share a common Aiwen account/billing system for invoicing and subscriptions, but sign-in integration between individual products is still being rolled out progressively - do not assume a login created on one product works on another. - There is no bundled "all products, one platform" plan marketed in the site's navigation; a multi-product discount calculator exists on the (unlinked) pricing page but is a billing discount, not a technical integration. - The site defaults to French; an English version exists under /en. - This file is a plain-text summary. The fuller, human-readable version is at /a-propos-technique (see Company section above), and product feature lists live on each product's own page under /products/(slug).
